At House Of Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unused and unopened products to ensure your skincare and makeup routine remains perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our beauty support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit, and include the provided RMA form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
